SUNDAYS and SMALL GROUPS

SUNDAYS | Dinas Powys Baptist Church:

Where are we?

Services in Parish Hall, Britway Road, CF64 4AF (unless stated otherwise) 10:30am

dinas powys baptist church

We meet for worship every Sunday morning at 10.30 when we worship God through music, share teaching from the Bible as well as getting to know each other better over a cup of tea or coffee.

After the first part of the service, there are specific groups for children and young people to go to where they can engage in worship and the Bible in an age appropriate way.

Our current children's groups are Super Stars (ages 2-8) and Infinity (ages 9+)

All of our children's group leaders are DBS checked and trained in Safeguarding.

Sundays are important but we believe that following Jesus is about more than just 90 minutes on a Sunday morning. We also recognise that for some people, Sunday mornings are difficult. That's why we have a number of other groups in our community where we engage we meet together, read and discuss stories from the Bible, support and pray for one another, and get ready to reach out to others. These groups follow the Discovery Bible Study model.

We also have a number of small groups that meet during the week to engage proactively in discipleship. These groups are:
Monday evening at David and Farah's
Monday evening at Kevin and Elizabeth's
Thursday evening at Brian and Pat's
Friday morning at Jon and Deborah's
